    Cartoons and satire are very interesting to me. I think you can take a great deal of lessons from humor. It also, in the case of these Lincoln cartoons, shows you how unpopular he was with certain factions of the country. Compare that with how he’s viewed today!

    I liked this quote found on the research site. It has a lesson several of my students need to remember. Worry about yourself and not so much about others. Even presidents have that problem!!
